The BRGR Project along Maginhawa St. is now our favorite burger joint—for a ton of reasons. Here’s why:

1. ) You can customize your burger completely according to your preference. You can choose which toppings, buns, sauces, and even which kind of meat goes along with your burger.
The ordering process is simple. They give you an order form and a marker to check which things you want on your burger, and which sides you want along with it.

2.) If you don’t want a customized burger, you can have a Designer BRGR! which already has the choices picked out for you.
3.) It has a cool, cozy, ambiance perfect for people who just want to chill.

4. Their Fries (P60) are fantastic. They’re thick, perfectly seasoned, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. They’re also not greasy.

5. They serve really, really good Buffalo Wings (P150). Each wing is perfectly coated with their hot buffalo wings sauce. The spiciness is toned just right for me, although I think this would be mild for those who want their wings on the wilder side. It goes very well with the bleu cheese sauce, which has a nice consistency and a strong flavor. Overall one of the best wings I’ve had.

6. The Burgers. I mean, just look at them. The burgers. =P~

This is Douglas’ over indulgent Custom Burger w/ the ff:
Poppyseed Bun (free); Angus Beef Patty (P125); Bleu Cheese (P35); Mozzarella (P35); Sauteed Mixed Mushrooms (P20); Buffalo Wings Sauce (P15); Caramelized Onions (P25); Lettuce (free); Tomatoes (free); Pickles(free)
Total: P255

This is my much simpler Custom Burger w/ the ff:
Poppyseed Bun (free); Angus Beef Patty (P125); Wasabi Mayonnaise (P15) (won’t get this next time, the wasabi was really strong for my taste…) ; Lettuce (free); Tomatoes (free); Pickles (free); Gruyere Cheese (P35); Mozzarella Cheese (P35)
Total: P210
It was love at first bite. The bun was warm and really soft, with a nice sweet taste. The patty was indeed juicy and flavorful, and served fresh off the grill. The serving was big and hefty. I think this is the kind of burger you should eat with your hands and make a mess out of. Just enjoy. Have fun. It’s heaven in your hands.

The Verdict: Well, I don’t know. It’s only my favorite. =)) Hahaha. But I really suggest you try it. Don’t go during peak hours because the place is kinda small. A downside, though, is that the only thing they have on their menu are burgers (plus a few sides). So if you go here, expect to eat burgers (at least they have a tofu burger option for healthy diners).
